CUSTOMER SERVICE/IT SUPPORT
Solihull

£25500 + 

38 hours per week + very occasional on call


Our client supplies bespoke Software and systems. We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Help Desk Support person to join a friendly team in rural offices - therefore own transport is essential.

You'll be supporting clients with a wide variety of enquiries which will include -

  • Training and setting up new users
  • Providing ongoing support and regular check ups to ensure clients are happy
  • Giving guidance and support and answering e-mail queries
  • Delivering a Customer experience that is second to none!


You'll have the balance between customer service and IT knowledge and passion!
You'll be able to sort out problems looking at the root cause and show your 'customers' you understand their needs.

Working in a busy environment - you will be able to prioritise in relation to business needs and be keen to look for improvements.
