Solihull (Rural Location)

£25,500 

38 hours a week (Flexi hours – with opening hours being 8am-5pm)

Fully office based

We are currently recruiting for a helpful Customer Service professional to join a well-established, successful and expanding family business.

They are based in a rural location, therefore own transport is essential.

They are seeking an individual who is I.T. savvy, with an interest in design and graphics to join their IT support team. 

You will pay a key part within in the team being the main point of contact for their valued customers regarding changes to their website, providing support and delivering exceptional Customer Service throughout. 

The role will involve:

  • Liaising with new Clients regarding their website requirements and seeing changes right through to completion
  • Assisting Clients with their new website set up, offering training and general support
  • Troubleshooting, investigating and correcting any issues that may arise 

We are seeking someone who:

  • Customer Service driven, I.T. savvy and can communicate technical information to non- technical Clients
  • Has a strong eye for detail and design, with previous knowledge of Wordpress and an interest in web design
  • Previous experience within Customer Service and able to prioritise their workload and perform well during busy periods.
