Full time - 40 hours 08.30 - 5.30 Mon- Fri + 1 Sat in 3 (day in lieu)
We are seeking a very positive "can do" Customer Service professional to join the Head Office of a Nationwide, family run, forward thinking and very successful business.
The role would ideally suit someone with experience of working within customer services from and office and retail background, who is now keen to secure an office based position with great opportunities for development and progression.
It's a very busy office and on a daily basis you will be part of the Customer Service team who:
*Answering telephone and e-mail queries and complaints from customers
*Keeping accurate records and reports
*Assisting with post and any other adhoc duties
The role requires someone who:
*Can manage a number of tasks in a methodical and organised way.
*Has excellent attention to detail and a good standard of numeracy & literacy
*A clear and confident telephone manner and able to deal with people at all levels
*Great Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Must have Maths and English minimum B/C 6/5 (or equivalent)
