We're seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant for a well- respected Law firm based in Solihull town centre.
As the Accounts Assistant you will be supporting the Office Manager with financial administration, whilst ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
Previous experience gained within a Legal environment would be beneficial but not essential.
No doubt you will have first class Excel skills and strong attention to detail. If you've worked in a Legal / Solicitor's practice you may be familiar with Quill software, otherwise full training can be given.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for...
*Allocation and posting of the daily cash received.
*Preparing financial reports.
*Producing invoices
*Managing the credit control process
*Assisting with any day to day administration as required to ensure a smooth operation of the practice
