We're working with a leading software provider who is looking for a Field-based Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you won’t just be managing accounts — you’ll be maximising potential

What you'll be doing:

  • Visiting clients on-site to evaluate their current use of the software
  • Identifying opportunities to help them unlock new features, improve workflows, and maximise their ROI
  • Providing tailored guidance, training, and support to ensure they're getting the best value, upselling any additional services as appropriate
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Acting as the bridge between client and internal teams, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

A personable, engaging communicator – you’ll be face-to-face with clients and need to make a great impressionSomeone who’s confident analysing usage data and translating it into practical advicePrevious experience in a client-facing account management or customer success role Own transport is required
